Some genuinely good people among the sales org - solid product for small businesses - decent base pay - good benefits
Cons
Sales people should avoid at all costs unless you are established in the PEO industry. -completely different org that what was presented during the interview process -mass exodus of good managers any top ic’s -ROE does not exist, your accounts will be taken from you and passed along to favorites at the top of the org -inbounds are far from equitable and passed to the same “inside circle” -product has fallen behind significantly to other tech forward companies
