      Pros

      - Passionate Coworkers who live and breathe JFFD - A great product in a disruptive industry. - Great discount on product - Pet Insurance - Networking opportunities with the dog community (pet adoption)

      Cons

      - EXTREMELY HIGH Turnover. Very, Very HIGH! - Constant shifts in the business strategy - Lack of inventory translated to a lot of headaches for both customers and employees. - Due to the high turnover, I've experienced 3 CEOs in 1 year and the current is on an interim basis. - Top heavy: A lot of senior leadership hires with very few folks to do the actual work. - Layoffs to some great employees have caused a lack of stability - It is not a great work/life balance and very poor planning that leads to last-minute requests with little to no time to do it soundly.

      Pros

      Great team, best manager/HR team, Great Benefits, Great work/balance.

      Cons

      I haven't experienced any cons yet, but it would be nice to get to know other people from other teams. AP and Customer service are the only teams that choose to work in office, So some company mixers would be helpful in my opinion to put a face on who I'm emailing regarding work.

      The discount was pretty good

      Cons

      Its mention by some many comments before that why waste time typing it all out. Just highlight senior management not lifting a finger to help their employees with the subordinates getting others fired for their mistakes. Or doing anything but running everyone ragged till their burnt out an complain they are a crappy employee. All you have to do is ready comments about the company ANYWHERE, or just Google the name with 'lawsuits'and enough said... though if the higher ups do get the crappy together could still save the company before they run it into the ground.
