Pros
It was a good experience and helped build my confidence both within the company and in future roles outside the company. The work was very simple and it is very easy to make friends within the fun work space. The break area has everything you need to clear your mind. Good competitive environment with the chance to progress based on performance.
Cons
There wasn't a day you went without dealing with complaints, as you would usually find working in customer service. The work was very repetitive and the working hours went on till very late into the night. You would need to be very thick skinned in order to deal with the often abusive customers on the phone.
