Pros
Can be fun, the people I worked with were great, the wider teams and management were not so much.
Cons
Lack of benefits, HR department are useless, company is more interested in sacking people than helping them to improve. I witnessed that alot in my time there. Salary is also lower than industry average for most jobs across the company.
