      Pros

      Very good company, company have grown up from small business to big business. Thailand SPP over now Singapore’s market capture, good tactics by management. Management is considered fair. Politics is there but little not much. Engineering department is excellent as many good bosses.

      Cons

      Salary is only con but you will get some opportunities to earn extra through overtime sometime site visits and sometimes FAT

      Pros

      If you start from site, there are high chances for you to develop very strong skill sets from all the learning opportunities. The skill sets and experiences are for life.

      Cons

      Depending on the management, those who know how to talk gets ahead of the game. The quiet ones get forgotten. Everyone can assign work to you, but very few will make decision on your pay. However the years will go by quickly if you are engrossed with work.
