Management is highly supportive, and I’m constantly impressed by the intelligence and dedication of my colleagues. While working cross-functionally can be challenging, the team’s collaborative spirit makes it manageable and even enjoyable, helping us consistently meet our goals. Leadership provides a clear and inspiring vision for the company, one that emphasizes making a positive impact on the world through clean energy initiatives. Additionally, the compensation is very competitive, which only adds to the job's many positives. My manager, in particular, stands out for her genuine support of my professional growth, showing a true investment in me not only as an employee but as a person. The only challenge I’ve encountered is that, at times, the thorough process and approvals needed for projects can slow things down. However, I can appreciate that these checks ultimately support our commitment to high standards and alignment across teams.
