Pros

The true treasure of working here is the people. With an Agile methodology in place, effective interdepartmental communication is crucial, and everyone excels at collaborating. While perfection isn't guaranteed at all times, the beauty of JUNO lies in our continuous commitment to improvement and striving to be better!

Cons

The workload, particularly with constant interaction with clients, can be demanding. When issues arise or systems break, you find yourself on the frontline 24/7—either engaging directly with clients or receiving information from them. Balancing client demands and needs against available bandwidth and manpower can be overwhelming at times. However, if you thrive in a fast-paced environment with diverse tasks, you'll find this work environment truly enjoyable!

Pros

The salary was in line and better than some, it's remote, and if you like to travel there's decent opportunity. They did start to bring in sales training but like everything else that was a quick blip and they decided to bring on a CRO who believes switching from one CRM to another will be the key to fixing the problem. The company needs much more than a Salesforce junkie.

Cons

Well they're a very early stage startup in an extremely crowded space so keep that in mind. They shifted from a virtual events company to move into Community & LMS space (they claim to provide a Masterclass experience) The tech is finicky there's a reason why they use Google Meets instead of their own Video conferencing platform. Oh and their leads & MQL's don't fall for it, 95% of pipeline is built from cold outreach and booth/conference follow up for months on end. The biggest thing is the lack of focus in one area, always chasing shiny new objects. The CEO is a great presenter and can command a room - but lacks leadership skills - and has one of his good friends on the sales team and that person is a decent guy but has knowingly swooped in on other sales peoples accounts and claimed them as his own. The bottom line is if you're the type of person that wants to come in and triage a rough situation with leadership that has no problem disrespecting peers in front of others, then you're in luck! For all the others I can honestly say there's a reason why the past 8 or so sales folks didn't work out - and guess what, it's never the fault of senior leadership, it's always the fault of the salespeople!
