Cons
The work environment is highly stressful and unsupportive. Leadership is extremely toxic and constantly dismisses new ideas and avoids investing in improvements, which limits growth for all employees. The culture is very top-down — feedback is rarely welcomed, and mistakes, even very small ones, often lead to blame instead of collaboration.
There is no flexibility — the company is fully on-site with strict attendance expectations. Overtime is common, yet there is no compensation or acknowledgment for the extra work. Managers tend to micromanage and are frequently disorganized.
The company also experiences constant turnover. Employees can be let go suddenly without clear reasoning, and the cycle of hiring and firing continues throughout the year. Promotions or raises are extremely rare, making it hard to see a long-term future here.
