Pros
Collaborative team environment, lots of on the job learning, challenging, evolving. The opportunity for remote working in some positions. Company pays contractors on time. I've never had any issues with payment in the past 2 years working with Jumpwire as a contractor. Clients are interesting. Open communication and feedback - if something isn't working, we talk about it.
Cons
Fast paced and plugged in - sometimes it's hard to keep up with the rapid pace of change and the fact that you need to be available as needed. Jumpwire doesn't mess around with average people - so there is turnaround on people who aren't the right fit for the company. But, I'd say those who've got it, stay. Can be long hours depending on the client priorities.
