From time to time workload gets high, though solutions get implemented more staff gets hired to help. Sometimes this needs to happen sooner.

Amazing coworkers and patients. Rewarding work. Early hours but once you’re used to them it’s awesome. Everyone is extremely kind and really cares about what they’re doing. Never had better coworkers, it’s like a family. They also do yearly reviews and, if you do well, you’ll get a raise.

Low pay and not enough PTO. MCCs do so much, it is a challenging job that honestly very few people can excel at, they should get much higher pay. Upper management that don’t work in clinic doesn’t really take feedback from employees who work in clinic.
