The team at Juliet are lovely human beings who really give a h*ck about each other. The structure feels very flat, with no egos wrecking the vibe. Office attendance isn't compulsory but the place is super sweet and just a fun place to hang out, with tons of space for when you need to hunker down and get things done. Exceptional work-life balance for this industry.

It can be a bit of a hike if you're coming all the way from the west end of the city, but for 1-2 days a week, who cares. The emphasis is on effective work that keeps clients happy so if you're looking to do PR moon shots just for the sake of getting to Cannes, there are other agencies where that's likelier to happen.
