      Pros

      Great in house team. High standards. Plenty to do. Nice shop. Interesting customers

      Cons

      No uniform. Ever. Have to ask for discount and it's not off certain things, if at all. Upper management is a complete shambles. No consistency. Terrible communication. Pay low. How they pay confusing. No Christmas party or contribution. No reward at Christmas whatsoever, not even a card! Bought the wrong stock for the towns clientele and complained when they didn't buy! Even after being told what the customers want repeatedly.

      Pros

      Great team to work for, loved my manager. Interesting variety of tasks and supportive team members across different departments. Gained valuable experience that has advanced my career going forward. Hybrid working. Cute dogs in the office which was nice. Welcoming environment all in all.

      Cons

      Small team meant more work delegated to one individual which was unsustainable sometimes. In comparison to other roles I've experienced, it honestly wasn't too bad.
