The company is going through massive much needed changes. Many of the people at the company are smart and hardworking. There is a focus on making people happy and fixing the problems. There is fresh leadership, staff, and new energy.
Cons
There has been a lot of turnover. There are a lot of problems to fix. There is a lot of change happening, and a lot of uncertainty about priorities, consistency, who is making decisions, and what the next steps should be. Basically, change is hard. Morale is up and down. There are a lot of new managers in a company that traditionally had very few. They all want to make a mark, but there is a lot of questionable leadership and decisions be made.
