In the beginning when they hire you they try to impress you by taking you out on a company dinner. However as time passes you are treated as if you are less than a house pet.

This company claims to give employees promotions after 4 years but many employees who have been with Joy Systems for at least 5-6 years have not been promoted. The worst things about Joy Systems has to be the upper management - this company has a traditional KOREAN mindset. Which is treating employees like a dog, threatening employees when things do not go their way (by taking away benefits and not paying employees properly). All of the upper management are Korean Men that believe it is okay to be flirtatious with women employees. Overall I have never experienced such a terrible work environment like Joy Systems.
