They hired too many photographers and videographers without proper management, so they threw us all into one pod and assigned jobs based on who arrived first. They claimed it was a “service first come first serve” policy, but apparently didn’t understand technology. Sending job requests doesn’t mean everyone will get it at the same time. Many people left when they implemented this service, feeling undervalued and cheap.
