I’ve been here for a little over 2 years, and I’ve had the chance to switch responsibilities a few times. That helped me learn more than I expected. My manager has been supportive when I wanted to try new things.

One challenge is that performance expectations can feel different across teams. What is considered “high priority” in one team may not be treated the same in another, which is confusing at times.

The mission around mental health is something I genuinely like, it makes the work feel meaningful. There’s also decent flexibility in how you manage your day-to-day tasks, and most managers are easy to talk to if you need help.

During launches or tight client deadlines, the workload can get pretty heavy and work hours stretch longer than usual. It’s not all the time, but it definitely comes in cycles.
