Poor company and management - Nursing Supervisor Joshua House Employee Review

Overseen by a company in Malone NY. No support whatsoever from them. Cannot keep staff due to so much mandation. I was the only RN, was supposed to be 2. Was on call 24/7. No time off. Was told could not take any vacation. No time for family life. Very stressful. Management does not support the medical side, does whatever they want. Would not recommend.
