Pros
Some of the people are lovely
Cons
There is potential for it to be a fun place to work as the office is new and a lot of people are great but due to leadership this isn't the case. There are constantly decisions and knee jerk changes being made above with no regard to the people they are impacting. This is enhanced negatively due to a complete lack of communication from above to teams or even in-between teams with everyone woking in silos. There is also no training or development for any level of role, as no value is placed on this from above, so therefore no investment is made in people of any sort. It states that it's ´flexible´ however this is not the case as if you don't do your set office days then passive aggressive emails are sent about this, including if you can't come in due to train strikes, this is noted, and then expectations are set to find a way in regardless. Not very progressive at all. On top of this the atmosphere in the office is negative and completely silent, which makes it feel tense and awkward, this is due to the CEOs preference for silence. It all contributes to a toxic atmosphere.
