Pros

-Amazing training program -New trucks -become a trainer at 6 months if no safety infringements -they remember you're name, not a number

Cons

-they say home most weekends, but youll see home maybe every other weekend -once safety puts their eyes on you once, they stay harassing you -lease program sounds great, but they can't explain the missing money out of your check - might have to wait 3 months to get in - no inverter, fridge, or Apu in trucks - when your truck breaks down, they say they pay you but they don't - no minimum pay. So if the company doesn't have work, you just don't get paid - they say consistent jobs, but if you drop off in TN or Oklahoma, you might sit for a while day

Pros

Training was incredible the two trainers were Marcus and Jake very knowledgeable men who have been in the industry for quite some time. Jake even gave me a nickname H Town because I live in Houston Tx but born and raised in New Jersey. I learned so much from these two and had fun while learning, everything was well planned out from the start of the day to the ending. They made sure we ate good in the morning, noon and at night. Our transportation was always on time to and from the hotel. The companies equipment was fun to drive and the mechanics made sure they fixed whatever was wrong on your truck. The fleet of trucks had a comfortable ride, to add to that my Dispatcher Mrs. Tasha Oglesby hands down the BEST Dispatcher I have ever had my entire trucking career. Haven't worked with this company in two now and we still communicate. Hands down best flatbed company I've ever worked for sad I left. They took really good care of me.

Cons

The trucking pay decreased across the board so technically it wasn't Jordan Carriers fault I left. I ended up going into business for myself
