No cons - overall positive

New office space, team lunch provide once a week

Strong religious environment, strange PTO policy - most people to get 10 days in total include holidays/sick/vacation. no 401 contribute, poor health benefits choice, remote work allowed for management and not for others without real policy. No HR - no one to voice concern to.
