      Pros

      Half day Fridays during summertime is such a great rewards! They have many trainings now to help you level up. Overall, the partners really value to competent employees!

      Cons

      Eugene office has very limited food options nearby but they cover the door dash delivery fee every twice a week besides tax season.

      Great company to work for. They communicate well, they compensate fairly, and they're willing to be flexible with schedule and other expectations. They really value their employees.
