Pros
Very upbeat and family oriented. Embracing a more relaxed dress code and telecommuting policies.
Cons
Because it's a very small company, there isn't much room for personal growth opportunities. The company has been under new ownership for about 7 months now and is still trying to get it's feet on the ground. A lot of us haven't had any increases in pay for many years. Am hopeful that will change within the next year.
