Pros
NCTI is filled with dedicated, intelligent, and hard working people. I had excellent peers who made me want to go in to work every day. Management made it a priority for employees to have a work / life balance and did a pretty good job of it, given some of the constraints placed on them by senior management.
Cons
The company is small and there is not a lot of room for career growth. Salaries are low and raises are small. Senior management is reluctant to let employees work from home. Senior leadership says that they want input from all employees, but, other than an annual employee survey and a "suggestion" box, there is not a formalized way for employee feedback to make it's way up to senior management. Thus, many employees do not feel that they have a stake in making the business grow.
The internal politics of different Jones organizations can be frustrating. Each Jones Company will look out for their own interests, often to the detriment of sister companies.
