      Egotistical boss who goes on power trips around the office. Will call you an idiot if you make a mistake. Terrible work environment, toxicity, nepotism, no upward growth

      Pros

      The occasional "office party", if that even counts.

      Cons

      Nepotism, favoritism, gossip. Employees are being treated like criminals. Employees who sleep at their desk are treated well. Employees who do their work get yelled at. The salary barely pays the bills.
