The management can be mean and rather insulting/demeaning, the hours are short but spread out enough between the days that getting another job alongside this one is rather tricky due to time-management, and because head office changed our supplier, a lot of the animals we get in die rather quickly and have to be moved into isolation pretty soon. Oh, also a lot of employees are asked not to drink unless on break because the managers don't want them to be drinking in front of customers, even with just water during a heat wave.
