Fantastic culture and philosophy. I enjoyed coming to work everyday because I felt like I had the support and backing of everyone in the office. It was a true learning environment and management backed it from the top down.

Not really many cons, other than the fact that when the economy started to collapse, the company became very secretive. But I am sure that it was only because there were alot of tough decisions coming.
