Pros

Snacks in break room (sometimes) otherwise not an iota of positivity.

Cons

Super woke company that doesn’t give a roasted cowpie about its employees. Don’t apply here unless you’re ready to work every holiday, fight to get paid on time, and constantly have to defend yourself from besides the point nonsense. The company has tons of OSHA violations at every center, but will write you up for the smallest of infractions, then use those write ups against you during performance reviews to prevent you from getting raises. 60% of the plasma collected can’t be used for “life saving medication” because they accept plasma from diseased and drug addicted individuals. All in all, one of the nastiest, most toxic working experiences I’ve ever had. All 5 star reviews here are fake, and are from the shills working at the corporate office getting paid 6 figures to ignore your calls. They also contested my unemployment after terminating me and lost at the TWC appeal tribunal mostly due to botching the termination paperwork, so at least I got some free money for my troubles. Couldn’t rate it less than 1 star. Would love to see this company drown.

Pros

There are plenty of opportunities for travel...

Cons

Continually move the goal posts! They have certain required medical guidelines in place, but then penalize you if you follow them. Ex: Bonuses are negated for "too many" medical deferrals. They keep extending hours and days of operation with zero pay increase or incentives. If you escalate ANY concerns, they are ignored or you are penalized.Turnover rates are ridiculously high and speak for themselves. Zero home/work life balance. They expect COMPLETE loyalty and dedication to the company, but certainly don't return the favor.
