Pros
It’s a job. If you are looking for production work their kitchen or blending rooms are good places to work.
Cons
Long hours, management team is unfamiliar with food regulations, all they care about are numbers, legacy employees make it hard to change the culture. Half the operation is the “kill floor” rooms are too cramped for dangerous equipment and best in class practices are not implemented due to people, space or money.
