Great introduction to Johnson and Johnson. Was excited to start. Good parties. I was so happy to be part of Johnson team. That feeling only lasted a year.

For some it’s great and they know the family and they are treated like really well but if you are an outsider they may not like you or at least you will feel that way. You could run circles around a friend of the Johnson family but they will never be told they are not doing badly. They hire family and friends and invest time in them. The company has changed over last 3 years for the worse.
They are forcing good workers to leave.
