Pros
Very talented, highly skilled people. Management is efficient, keeps the plant running at peak performance with minimal 'lost time'. people are generally helpful, going out of their way to assist you at times. very environmentally conscious.
Cons
depending on who you ask, rising up within company ranks is either easy or hard. you may not always be rewarded for every good idea or change you implement. There is a 'don't fix it if it ain't broke' attitude at times.
