      Pros

      The general benefits are good, shares pension, good onsite canteen. The level of automation and equipment used for manufacturing is very interesting. The SOUP from the canteen is very good.

      Cons

      The development of people is really adhoc and only takes place if you have a good manager. Loads of other stuff, I wouldn’t want to recommend to anyone!

      If you are lazy, this is the place for you

      Cons

      If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
