Coworkers are great and make the job bearable.
Cons
Management needs lots of work. Insurance is expensive for little benefit. Schedule is tough. The manager(s) who I can’t name, acts like he’s better and his time is more valuable than anyone else’s. He makes weird business decisions and helps ensure employees are as miserable as possible by nitpicking everything and making arbitrary “rules.” . Likes to insist others do all the work, then turns around and takes credit for everything. Be prepared to kiss lots of butt if you work here. Ever since the nice, funny and respectful managers left, it’s not the same place to work anymore. Proceed with caution and take everything they promise with a grain of salt.
