      Great compensation. Excellent internship experience. Certain departments have a great atmosphere for developing younger employees.

      Cons

      Entry level jobs are very micromanaged. Upper level management is very distant from entry and mid-level jobs. Not enough communication between departments.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
