      Good experience, because employees get involved in everything, which makes them more aware of different areas of business support functions, and the way the business actually makes its money

      Cons

      Everything is very complicated and basic. Still functions as a startup family business. All processes are done manually. There is no clear career path. There is no authority in decision making. Long working hours.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
