Pros
I could really see no pros while at store. Asst Mgr is simply a glorified title. One that does all the grunt work so Mgr does not have too.
Cons
This company posts False Ads, listings are for Site (Store) Manager, however they are really hiring for Assistant Managers. One I was at where ad was posted has a Mgr for past 20 yrs. This is to me, very dishonest posting these types of ads. Was true for other local store, that Mgr for 15 yrs at that location.
