1. No definite policy in the company. 2. No work life balance . You need to serve a minimum 13-14 hrs everyday . 3.No allowance if you work over the weekends or during holidays. 4. Mindset of the managers will be changed when you put down the papers. 5.Lack of hike. 6. You need to join the calls during odd hours (during midnight also) 7. No KT will be provided to the new joiners. 8. No proper documentation of the work. 9. No extra facilities to the employees. 10. Management won't understand the problem of the employees. 11. They wont recognise the work of the employee and the efforts provided by employee to the project and to the team.
