Pros
- No problem with payments; - Very compensatory salary (i'm from Brazil); - No problem with vacations and PTOs; - Interesting benefits such as bonuses for purchasing first equipment and for studying; - Some events from time to time to promote greater "interaction" between people (some are really worth attending); - When leaving a client, brief relocation work is carried out.
Cons
- Career progression entirely dependent on the client; - Difficulty understanding contract length and "renewals"; - No compensation between leaving one client and starting another (creating financial insecurity); - Jobsity only intervenes in serious cases with the client, do not expect much support in matters such as salary increases; - High turnover at some clients, in some cases having more clients than years at Jobsity.
