      it is remote job so you have a bit of flexibility.

      Cons

      salaries are very bad, if you know English look for a job with a company directly, because the salary is very bad and besides this they don't have a fixed day to pay you but every month the salary arrives on different days.

      Really flexible schedule overall. Good environment

      Cons

      Really depends on if the client/project sucks. In my experience the project was one of the worst software projects I've seen in my life. Also, if you get into an issue with the customer there's no clear way for you to handle it (in terms of who to call or dispute).
