Nice colleague. Reasonable target. At least can earn decent commission. If u can surpass your target, u can earn more money.
heard from others that the company sales target seems tough before joining but situation seems abit different because 80 percent of the sales person in the team are able to surpass their sales target. The direct supervisor will guide you and provide you initial training when u join and you need to learn fast.
Cons
Fast pace, usually busy. Though working hours supposed to be short but usually we work long hours.
Need to work very hard and very tough initially.
Direct supervisor is strict, micro manages but at least he is able to assist me despite his daily busy schedule.
Werid commission scheme that will crawl your commission back if falls below certain percentage. If u are able to surpass your target in the previous months and if u generate little sales ( example: below your salary) in particular month, you can still get few hundred dollars commission.
