You will not be happier! - Business Development Jobillico Employee Review

I worked at Jobillico downtown Toronto. It is a messy and toxic work environment. They treat their employees very poorly. This is evident in their hourly wages, which they monitor by the minute and will dock you pay any chance they get. Their commission structure…..what commission structure?! No incentive programs, no bonus if you make weekly/ monthly quotas, not a single benefit plan and the list goes on. Also, they instill fear in their employees by firing people for no reason. This happens on a monthly basis. The unhappy work environment is clear in their high turnover rate. They have no appreciation for their employees. There is a huge lack of professionalism in the office, especially in management for the business development team. The executives care a lot about their goal of making Jobillico successful, but could care less about the employees doing the work for them. Do not work here, the company is terrible and is going under any day now.
