A lot of effort goes into not just setting a strategy, but actually executing on it, especially with how we’re leaning into AI across the business. You’re also spot on about the pace. It’s intentional, and we know it’s not for everyone. We’re building for people who thrive in that kind of environment, but we also want to make sure we’re supporting our teams so the pace is sustainable.
