Pros

- Some very nice people to work with and learn from (until they don't leave) - Fully remote (and nobody cares when or if you work) - Used to have a decent salary (no raise in years) - Very diverse and inclusive culture - Good work-life balance & extra days off

Cons

- Senior management seemingly has zero understanding of how to run a company or develop a product for that matter - Multiple layoffs ruined the little hope this company had left, and afterwards top performers all left - Micromanagement on all levels coming straight from CEO down to the bottom. Bootlickers in every leadership position without a single original idea or ownership - Everybody silently quit long ago and is just looking for a new place to go while doing the absolute minimum - Told to be a product-driven company, but that is a lie - Told to be a tech-driven company, but that is an even bigger lie - Tech decisions are based on personal opinions of CTO without reason and are executed randomly and super slowly - Mindless security rules that even cripple the little productivity we had left - Every team is hostile towards each other; there is no vision, mission, goals or direction - Nobody understands what they do, no real product improvement and very few data points about how to improve things - Zero personal or career growth, and now there's no job safety either - Feedback is never taken seriously and no changes are applied despite the glaring issues that are articulated on many forums The list could go on but you get the idea

Pros

Working as an Onsite Manager with Job&Talent has been a rewarding and fast-paced experience. The role provides strong exposure to operations, workforce management, and client partnership, which has allowed me to grow significantly both professionally and personally. Job&Talent empowers onsite leaders to truly own their site — from onboarding and attendance management to employee relations and day-to-day problem solving. The environment encourages accountability, adaptability, and creative thinking. Leadership is supportive and accessible, and there is a strong emphasis on collaboration between internal teams and client partners. I also appreciate the opportunity to make a direct impact on employees’ experience. Supporting associates, helping them succeed, and being a consistent HR presence onsite is one of the most fulfilling parts of the role.

Cons

The role can be demanding at times, especially in high-volume environments, but this comes with the territory of onsite workforce management. Strong organization and time management are key.
