Pros

I have been with Job&Talent for more than 4 years and it has been a rewarding experience overall. The company strongly supports remote work, which has been fantastic for work-life balance and flexibility. They truly value employee well-being, offering benefits like online psychologists to support mental health. The work here is challenging and pushes you to bring out your best. The team is incredibly competent and dynamic, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.

Cons

However, one area that could improve is the sense of team culture. With most of our interactions happening remotely, there is a lack of opportunities for team bonding. More events or initiatives to bring the team together and strengthen relationships would be beneficial.

Pros

Working as an Onsite Manager with Job&Talent has been a rewarding and fast-paced experience. The role provides strong exposure to operations, workforce management, and client partnership, which has allowed me to grow significantly both professionally and personally. Job&Talent empowers onsite leaders to truly own their site — from onboarding and attendance management to employee relations and day-to-day problem solving. The environment encourages accountability, adaptability, and creative thinking. Leadership is supportive and accessible, and there is a strong emphasis on collaboration between internal teams and client partners. I also appreciate the opportunity to make a direct impact on employees’ experience. Supporting associates, helping them succeed, and being a consistent HR presence onsite is one of the most fulfilling parts of the role.

Cons

The role can be demanding at times, especially in high-volume environments, but this comes with the territory of onsite workforce management. Strong organization and time management are key.
