Amazing work environment - Content Creator JoVE Employee Review

I like working here because expectations are reasonable and responsibilities are clearly defined. The people I interact with are professional and easy to work with. Most projects are planned well. The environment allows me to concentrate without unnecessary distractions.

Some projects come with very short turnaround times.

My coworkers have been good to me. They're pretty much the only reason why working here is even remotely bearable.

Employees are under a lot of pressure because of management's unreasonable expectations! They don't even bother providing us with any support; the most they do is yell at us whenever we mess up, but when we do a good job, we don't get any recognition! It's hard to stay motivated when you're treated as nothing more than a tool to be used...
