1. You're on your own. There is no training program at all and they still expect you to know everything. 2. No PTO - you get none paid time off (they still call it PTO) 3. Turn over is very high. the work environment is highly stressful because of the fast-paced work schedule and absence of management. 4. No advancement opportunity. 5. You're responsible for absolutely everything. 6. Frequent weekend support requests; they call you or notify you to come during the weekend on Friday night very often. If none of your team members are available, including yourself, you're still responsible. 7. Lower starting wage than the market average.
