Unprofessional Management and Salary Issues - Anonymous employee Jiyyo Employee Review

Very poor management and lack of professionalism. My experience with the company was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I was made to work for approximately 15 days and then terminated without any valid reason or prior notice. Furthermore, my salary for the period I worked has not been paid, which is completely unethical and against basic employment practices. Despite having 9 years of professional experience, I was treated unfairly and without respect. The company lacks transparency in its policies, especially regarding salary payments and employee retention. There appears to be a pattern where employees are not allowed to continue for long durations, raising serious concerns about job security. Such practices indicate poor management, lack of accountability, and disregard for employee rights
