Pros

Great when starting out there. Now a run by senior managers trying to keep their positions. I got paid to work there.

Cons

Standard start-up business where no checks and balances are made to the senior management team, resulting in significant loss, month after month, and the outcome being lower level employees are let go to, "reduce costs". Preaching transparency and their core values, whilst actively lying and being shady to everyone in the process. Avoid this 7 year old start-up.

We had to let good people with great talents go, and this was done with a heavy heart and consideration for the well-being of all our employees, both those leaving us and those staying on, as well as the long-term sustainability of our company. Could we have done better? For sure. There are always learnings to be taken from these kind of situations, for all parties involved, and we will continue to strive to do better. Warning don’t work for this company they are terrible especially when you tell them you have disabilities they are terrible they will pause your account until you get a signed accommodation letter from your doctor and when they get your accommodation letter they will wipe your entire account no matter if you had the highest pay rate they will start you from scratch all the way to the beginning and they will not give you your money for referrals when they are supposed to you will never get it and they consumer service is terrible and there’s no consistent work on this app and the costumer service is awful and ever since they switched over management this company has gone down hill and they don’t care about your feelings they only care about the clients thoughts and feelings and feedback and you can go all the way to a shift and not know where you’re going and some of the shifts require QR code to clock in and out and you have to track down the managers and if they are not there you are done I recommend don’t join this company!!
