Pros

Work remotely and good project

Cons

To build the project, they want you to work more than 11 hours a day, and even then it won't be enough. Some people work Saturdays and Sundays, which is normal. I think it's part of the culture. Plans change throughout the week or in the middle of the task, and in the end, you'll always be to blame for the delay. The turnover of people is a little higher than I've seen in other companies. In short, if you want to have a life, go to the gym or even have dinner in peace, stay away from this company. The funniest part is that the positive reviews are from people who work in HR.

Pros

- Highly Competitive Compensation: The salary packages are above market average. - Flexible Remote Policy: Offers a genuine remote-first environment, providing excellent work-life flexibility.

Cons

- Product Vision: The product roadmap feels disconnected from market reality, making it difficult to find long-term conviction in the strategy. - Toxic Work Culture: There is a noticeable lack of mutual respect across teams. Leadership appears indifferent to interpersonal issues, leading to a strained atmosphere. - Technical Debt & Execution: The "speed at all costs" mentality has resulted in significant technical debt. The lack of senior technical mentorship and rigorous standards makes it difficult to maintain quality. - Job Insecurity: The company has a history of abrupt layoffs without clear communication or performance-based justifications.
