Pros
Business planning is more important than ever and Jirav is one of the only solutions bringing true driver-based financial modeling to small and medium sized businesses. The product is amazing and our customers love it. The team has a wealth of knowledge and experience that you don't find in many startups. I love what we're doing and working with really smart people.
Cons
The company is still learning how to create/define our culture as we grow. Everyone is busy, so you've got to reach out with questions or make it known if anything is blocking you. Not a good environment if you aren't self-motivated, as with most startups.
