I'm sorry to hear about this experience - it doesn’t reflect how we operate.
We take payments and commitments to our people very seriously. Throughout our history, we have consistently paid for delivered and properly communicated work, regardless of whether a client paid us or not.
In rare situations where there was a dispute, it was always tied to a lack of agreed deliverables or missing transparency around reported work. In such cases, we need to protect both our clients and the integrity of our delivery standards.
